CountFlow is operated by OpenPark Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered traffic analysis platform.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through Clerk, our authentication provider.
- Video Uploads: Traffic camera footage you upload for analysis, including file metadata such as file name, size, and format.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, analysis requests, and timestamps.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- AI Analysis: Processing your uploaded videos through our AI pipeline to detect, classify, and count vehicles and generate traffic reports.
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience. We do not use your video content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Data Storage
Your data is stored and processed using the following infrastructure:
- Supabase (PostgreSQL): Project metadata, analysis results, and user account data are stored in our Supabase database with row-level security.
- Cloudflare R2: Uploaded video files and annotated output videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with encryption at rest.
- GPU Servers: Video analysis is processed on secure GPU servers. Videos are temporarily stored during processing and deleted from processing servers upon completion.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and uploaded videos within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request limitation of how we process your data.
- Right to Object: Object to our processing of your personal data.

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Clerk: Authentication and user management. Clerk handles your sign-in credentials and session data.
- Stripe: Payment processing for credit purchases. We do not store your payment card details; Stripe handles all payment data securely.
- RunPod: GPU compute infrastructure for AI video processing. Videos are temporarily processed on RunPod servers and deleted after analysis.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only, required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of our platform.
Children's Privacy
CountFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
